It started out nice but the brain started to lose facts. Tried to train it again. Customer service after 6 months went from a couple of days to over a week to now nothing at all. I guess founder has moved on? I asked almost a month ago if this was still working because it is just showing users "Sorry I don't know that" chats. It basically became useless. It took over a week to get a basic looking into it but two weeks later and nothing. So, I guess this is an abandoned software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
