# Poor Experience – Unreliable and Raises Data Security Concerns

Honestly, there’s not much I can say I liked. The interface looks modern at first glance, but that’s where the positives end. The overall user experience is frustrating, with many features not working as advertised. The service feels unstable and unreliable—pages crash frequently, workflows are inconsistent, and the entire platform lacks polish. Most concerning of all, I noticed suspicious activity related to my account and data, which raised serious doubts about the platform’s security. When I reached out to support, I received vague, unhelpful replies with no real solution. I originally hoped this tool would streamline content localization, but instead, it created more problems than it solved. With constant bugs, unreliable performance, and major concerns over data handling, I would not recommend this platform to any business—especially those dealing with sensitive client data.
