# How do you get more proactive progress updates from a web design agency?

Digital Graphiks stood out because they listened and built a website that fits a clinic instead of using a generic template. The process was smooth overall, but I would have appreciated more proactive progress updates during the project. The end result feels more professional, easier for patients to use, and better represents the brand, which boosted confidence in the online presence. What have you done to get clearer updates and stay aligned during a web design project?
