What are the prerequisites for template submissions, any software that we would need, and what is the pay scale?

¡Hola Trudy! No necesitas software adicional para crear diseños. Puedes simplemente crear un diseño en el editor fácil de usar de PosterMyWall y enviarlo como una plantilla.
