# Live Transcript

How does a Pro-user enable Live Transcript when conducting a Zoom meeting? I have seen it being used in Webinars.

Si estás utilizando SSO y el complemento de Zoom para Chrome, a veces Zoom pierde tu identidad y, por lo tanto, la función de grabación no se activa. Ingresa a la extensión, cierra sesión y luego vuelve a iniciar sesión con tu SSO. Luego reinicia la reunión y el botón de grabación debería ser visible.
