after recording your audio, record a blank and select that part then go to effects and from there to noise reduction and click on get noise profile and after that select all of your clip by pressing ctrl + a and then again  go to effect and then noise reduction make sure to select reduce noise from the option given and now press ok 
there you go that`s how you do noise reduction in audacity :)

Bajo el menú "Efecto" hay una herramienta de "Eliminación de Ruido". Selecciona eso, luego toma una muestra de la parte del perfil de sonido que deseas eliminar. Puedes escuchar una muestra de cómo sonará después de la eliminación antes de aplicar la acción para asegurarte de que tenga el efecto deseado.
