# Zyro is integrated with Ecwid, why aren't unable to utilize Ecwid's storefront platform?

Visiting Ecwid, one can see that they offer customers the ability to develop a traditional-looking e-commerce store. However, the Zyro shop is reduced to a single square unity that looks terrible [for example, the header is shaved off]. So while our website looks amazing, our customers have told us that the shop we featured looks pretty 'scetch' because they are accustomed to viewing something else.

Yes, I agree, this is very problematic, although I otherwise adore Zyro, it's becoming a reason to leave and migrate our e-shop elsewhere.
