# Will you migrate from Botstar to Chative?

After several months without using Botstar, I received an email offering me to migrate to chative.

However, checking the offer in detail, it seems that the offer is not quite honest because I currently have 150,000 monthly sessions, but when migrating to chative, it is written that for every Appsumo code, we would be entitled to 10,000 sessions! That means I will lose 120,000 sessions when I switch to Chative.

What will happen to Botstar? Will they continue to maintain Botstar or are we forced to switch to Chative if we want to continue using their services?

Having paid several hundred dollars for this service, I obviously don't want to part with it like this. However, if they keep Botstar, I'd be tempted not to migrate because of the considerable loss of sessions that it represents...

What are you going to do on your end?

Seems like you must migrate in order to avoid losing your investment. All this is confusing, I checked the emails they sent but did not have a clear answer to what is happening, hence why I ended up here..

Can't confirm but there's a site that states botstar will be discontinued on October 30, so seems like it won't be maintained and we need to "migrate" before then.

I hope the situation improves somehow and we get better migration terms.

Does anyone have more info about this?
