# Will you be open to data lake ?

One of our strongest needs is to connect the Genesys data with our backend environment, mostly running with Google suits. It will be very helpful if we could connect Genesys with data lakes.

Hi Pierre-Claude, yes, Genesys Cloud CX is an open composable platform that allows you to connect Genesys Cloud CX data with your data lake and backend environment. We can also provide a customer journey hub to help aggregate CX data across multiple sources and platforms and, with a low-code toolset, allow you to easily use that data to measure, monitor and optimize customer experiences and improve business outcomes by aligning your entire organization with your customers’ goals. It really comes down to what you're trying to accomplish and how you want to use data. We're happy to discuss the art of the possible if you'd like to connect with one of our data experts. Just let us know.

Hi Jenna, yes I will be very interested to be kept in touch. We want to have a pipeline in which the data of interactions is automatically exported in our datalakes, without reinventing the wheel if there is a ready to use integration.
