# Will you be keeping your service the same? Will you be offering any marketing tools?

Hello, I'd like to know if you're looking to make any big changes to your service? The fact your service is so simple and customer oriented is one of the reasons I love it so much. You do not need to make any big changes. 

Are you looking to add any marketing tools? We currently spend thousands every year with Mailjet for our email marketing and they have the worst service, interface and customer service I've ever used. I have a string of about 20 complaint tickets since I started with them. A simple WYSIWYG email editor, an ability to manage lists online, etc is all you'd need. If you offered such a service, we'd sign up in a heartbeat.

Hi there! I realize this post was a long time ago, but it's a good opportunity to update.

We are working on a WYSWYG editor for our email template system. Once that is done, we intend to get into some list management and contact management and eventually basic campaigns.

We don't intend to change our base service at all, instead, we are investing heavily to improve the core stability rather than overdo new features.

Having said that, we did implement email-SMS recently which is proving popular!
