# Will UI path community edition is always free?and free certification date can be extended?

The reason being i asked this question is, right now UI path is the current buzz word and market trend in RPA. so, i believe it will reach further heights too.
and certification is free till decemeber only, so wanted to know, any extention of the same is being considered or not?

CE is always free but the Certification is free until the end of 2019

According to me, UiPath community will be free for ever and UiPath certification will be not extended beyond 31st Dec 2019.

Usually, we can get the license for the studio for a few months and then we need to renewal from the orchestrator site. Else we can install the latest version of the studio which will automatically renew the license.

Coming to certification, the date was shifted from March 31st to May 31st and then to June 30th and finally to December 31st. Not sure if they are going to extend it or not

UiPath Community Addition is free for 2 months after that you need again renewal using device Id. And The free Certification is extended till Decembers 31st

UiPath Community Addition is free for 60 days after that we need again renewal using device Id .So again it will activate the UiPath. And the free Certification is extended till Decembers 31st

Answer to first question is definitely yes: at Las Vegas UiPath Forward III last October they confirmed that community edition will still be free in the next future.
