They shared a lot about Attentive Email at Thread last week and it will be rolling out more widely in the coming months! Looks great and has all the cross-platform integration I have been looking for between SMS and email.

We are making the switch to Attentive email right now - with a free trial going until July 2023. Plenty of time to ensure it is easy to use and the deliverability is there.
