# Will there be any updates that make the account balance refresh process quicker?

When i do a manual refresh on all my company accounts, it can take upwards of 10 minutes to do so.

Hi Mason, thanks for the inquiry! After speaking with your Customer Success Manager about the details of the FloQast integration with your ERP system, we currently automatically refresh balances twice a day. This frequency was decided during your initial implementation, likely by your IT department. We have the ability to refresh account balances up to once an hour, however, there can occasionally be limitations on the ERP side. This is something we’ll be sure to bring up after the busy season in your next quarterly review. Thanks again!
