# Will there be a way to link tasks together and search for them by the task ID instead of the task name?

When linking a task to an existing task, it gives a search function to search for the task we're linking, but we can't put in the ID or URL of the task to link it. We have to put the name of the task, which can be challenging if we have tasks with similar names/keywords.
