# Will ResponsiBid go out and get leads for me?

ResponsiBid is not a lead generation service. This is a common misconception, because ResponsiBid allows you to install it on your website... but keep in mind that ResponsiBid is your bidding hub and a web leads that you collect with ResponsiBid online would be because you are installing the bidding widget on a page of your website.

Every bid you collect with ResponsiBid (online or directly) will be your prospect alone. Your data is all kept secure and separated from the prospect being visible to any other company.
