# Why when i am adding new milestone from a project, i need to add the name of the project? bug?

While adding new milestone in the project, there is a need to look for the project name in the list, instead of inheriting it automatically. I am already in the project.

You shouldn't have to do this. I would recommend submitting a support ticket at https://success.clarizen.com so the team can investigate.

Actually if you open the project plan (schedule) and you try to add a milestone Clarizen doesn't ask about the project name. I tested it and it works.
