# Why u guys not provide the tutorial video/ animation for explaining complex portal?

My advice is Q Market portal should give the short video explaining functionality for each administrator, user, community manager and Review Community Manager.

Endusers are guided from within the system with a contextual help wizard and an interactive knowledge base and the UX very clearly guides them through their activities. There are interactive onboarding tasks for them, to give them a succesful experience right from the first login. There is no training needed for end users, due to Qmarkets’ intuitive front end. They can also use a built-in contact form to contact your moderators or consult with the FAQ page.

Stakeholders like experts or juries are usually invited with automated email or social notifications (to MS Teams, Slack or other social channels) and guided directly to their task within the system. A red notification icon constantly reminds the users on open tasks.

Integration with Single Sign On (SSO) grants a seamless login experience, where the user just accesses the relevant page without manual login, but automatic authentication.

For moderators, we perform extensive training sessions, delivered during different stages of the process to ensure a graduate development of abilities and knowledge base. 
These general scope of training include the following sessions:
•	Beginner stage training (1.5h) – getting to know the system, its general structure and way of use, basic capabilities and actions for the regular user and the system administrator.
•	Advanced stage training session (2 sessions X 2h) – these sessions are dedicated to system administrators and key users, covering our extensive set of Self Admin capabilities. 
•	Preparation for launch workshop (1.5h)– sharing our best practice regarding actions to be done in order to ensure a successful launch and leading to engagement and results from your initiatives. 
•	Launch support and analysis (1h) – this session is intended for the moderators to help analyze the results from the first campaigns and highlight gaps and lessons learned, to help increase engagement and results.
From our extensive experience we understand that different companies have different maturity level in terms of innovation management, 
And also differ in staff availability, number of possible moderators etc. We learn all that in initial phases and make sure to customize the training process accordingly to ensure the best results possible for every client.   

Our training process is uniquely designed in order to provide the necessary knowledge an tools, not only covering the technical preparations needed (configurations and preparations within the system), but also covering other vital issues like: internal communication plan, user engagement, change management (finding sponsors, engaging management etc.) and more. 
Each training session followed up with corresponded materials and exercises in order to ensure understanding, and allow an easy access to the knowledge base that we developed over the years.
In addition to our built in training and onboarding process, we are offering a variety of professional training that can be ordered as extra services and is delivered by our team of experts (for example: strategic workshops, best practices workshops, different management workshops etc.). All of our training can be done either online or on site. 

There are several virtual training courses, which guide different roles with quizzes after each section.

The most powerful feature is probably our Interactive and contextual bot that helps moderators to onboard without a need for human training.
