# Why is there no description when clocking in early from a break?

When clocking in from a break or lunch, if early, a message appears alerting the employee they are early, but it does not actually say that. It is merely a blank reason box. Why does it do this, and is there a way to state the employee is early and by how long as it appears when clocking out late? It is likely a simple programming bug.

Could you please post a ticket to our support team so we can review with the relevant day it happened, etc. There could be a few reasons, based on how your system is setup. thanks
