# why is it so difficult to export reports

I haven't had any issues exporting report information.  Once thing to keep in mind, though, is that the reports are CSVs, so any edits and you'll need to save them as an Excel.  Tip: I have an Excel file that I copy the various reports data into so that I can maintain my preferred formatting and column headers.
