Since HubSpot CRM is free and much better than Salesforce, HubSpot CRM captures all email activity in addition to the Marketing Hub reporting. We also use it to embed forms on websites, the chat, the IP address lookup for visitors (like LeadLander), and if you upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, you can start implementing workflow automation based on user activity with your emails and on your site.
