Hitachi ID Systems customers may elect to deploy a Credential Provider (CP) to add a tile to the Windows login screen. This allows users, both on-site (physical network connection) and off-site to access selfservice if they forgot or locked out their Windows login password, which is normally a locally cached AD password.
