Not just flagged

Hacked reviews by bad (scam operating) companies paying Trustpilot in the accounts of Trustpilot Reviewers.

How is it Trustpilot allows this and ignores it. Is it isolated to a small group of websites paying trustpilot for enhanced features or offered to many companies to retain their monthly subscription year after year.
