# Why e-mail signature is gone?

I want to ask why sometimes my e-mail signature will be gone even though I have made the setting to include my e-mail signature in replying to e-mails or forwarding e-mails, or even starting a new e-mail?

It's not. you have to pop out email for it to show up.
