Given the current state of the global workplace, in which demand is higher than ever for professional development opportunities, investing in learning is not only a great way to retain top talent, but also drive the performance of both your people and your organization, increase revenue, and establish stronger relationships with partners and customers (via external training). In fact, the majority of Millennial and Gen-Z aged workers place more value in opportunities to develop professionally at work through formalized L&D programs that take a blended approach than they do on salary. This is just one of the many reasons to consider investing in enterprise learning.
