# Why does this system lack so much integrity?

Even the tabbing sequence is off. Why don’t you QC/QA this product and support the folks that use it? Instead we have to pay to get help. Basic functions don’t work. This product alone changed my view of IBM.

I understand your frustration.  I have worked with the product for 15+ years.  TRIRIGA is highly configurable, so finding an implementation partner whose main motivation is to make it easy to use for your organization is really key.  If you find that partner, many of the small annoyances you are currently encountering can be resolved very quickly.
