# Why does Sheetgo ask permission to access your Google Drive?

When connecting your spreadsheets, Sheetgo needs to access your Google Drive to enable you to select the spreadsheet you want to connect. Sheetgo also needs edit access to be able to “print” the data that is being transferred from the source spreadsheet into your destination spreadsheet. Sheetgo does not view, export or store your spreadsheet data. Check our Policies.
