# Why Does Birdeye Refuse to Acknowledge Contract Non Renewals?

I signed a contract in Sept 2021. By April 2022, I knew I did not want to renew, so per their own contract terms, I sent an email notice in April 2022 that I did not want to renew. They refused to acknowledge the 12 ADDITIONAL WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR NON RENEWAL.  Just this month, they tried charging my credit card again for this months' services, which I do not have a contract for.  Hmmmm. why is this?

Hi Sarah,  I completely understand your concern. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us.  Per our contract we provide cancellation with a written notice 90 days prior to renewal date.
