# Why do you still refuse to offer ETA booking slots rather than just haven’t fixed booking slots?

Why do you still refuse to have optional timeslots such as an ETA timeslot rather than a fixed timeslot? Not all of us are guys with shirts and ties sat at an office? I believe this would be a dead easy thing to fix and an excellent option to all users who come from all different types of backgrounds. It’s time to make it more flexible for people such as myself who are tradespeople I cannot always make the fixed appointment so rely heavily on having ETA slots rather than a fixed slot! I’ve been campaigning for this for a couple of years but still no progress! Come on sort it out and stop being stubborn!

Lloyd, thank you for your comment. I can see how having a flexible timeslot would be helpful for folks in the trades. In 100% transparency adding an ETA option or a window of time for your customers to choose is not on our roadmap. It isn't a matter of being stubborn, but of priorities aligning in our direction of supporting teams.  With that said I will let the product team know about this.

Thank you for your reply. I totally understand where you’re coming from however what harm would it be to give people the option? It’s not like you would be getting rid of the fixed slots? Give us some options to work with that can suit everyone. Right now the way it’s set up, it’s obvious that the system is aimed at the guy with a suit and tie sat at a desk waiting for the appoint to commence bang on time but the truth you have many different type of people using your system and not all of them are suit and tie guys! At least trial it and if doesn’t work then so be it remove it…listen to your fans!
