# Why do my emails get stuck in the outbox?

Its not my STMP settings, not firewall, not virus protection. Any other ideas? Those are the responses I got from mailbird tech. Teh emails don't always get stuck in the outbox but some days it is a hit or miss. Some do some don't. Some you try to resend it goes through. Others never you have to compose from scratch..

Mailbird support is horrible - simply right click on the mailbird icon and make sure to select "exit mailbird". Don't just click the X on top to close the platform. Once closed, reopen and it should be fixed! I do this once a day as it simply needs to get "rebooted".
