# Why do I want a story program?

I know that stories are central to the human experience and some experts say that we can't remember anything that is not part of a story, but I've never heard of a story program for a business.   

It sounds soft.  I want my teams working, not telling stories!

Capturing a companies insights and learnings and funneling them to the front line is one of the highest leverage activities a company can do to grow.  A story program is the best way to do this.
