# Why are you not responding to our Requests

We raised many tickets and they don't respond for weeks together.
We raised these tickets and have not heard from them.

This seems fake, I have many support emails from Astra, none of them have ticketing like that! Astra have never failed to respond to me quickly and also provide solutions.
