Most of our customers take a mixed approach, building some of the content themselves, and leveraging our professional services team to map out more challenging pieces of content. We typically recommend 2 full days of training with our professional services team so customers can learn how to use ProcedureFlow, and Mapping best practices. After training many customers go on to map out the remainder of their processes themselves, while other customers choose to leverage our professional services, and work with our mapping experts to map out large volumes of process documentation. Customers also have the option to do 100% of the process mapping themselves.
