For Simulation, the best software is "ANYLOGIC" because it features multi-method simulation that can help you bring diversity and complexity to your model. 
and there are other software like 1. FlexSim ( it is for Discrete event simulation only and it has an emulation tool that helps you to bring digital twin)
2. Anylogistix: This software is for supply chain logistics and can help you finding best routes , dark storage , optimal cost , forecasting etc.)
