# Which platforms help you map and analyze customer journeys across multiple touchpoints?

Customer journey mapping has evolved significantly, but execution remains one of the hardest problems in marketing. As touchpoints multiply across web, app, email, SMS, and paid channels, understanding how customers actually move, where they drop, and what drives conversion requires both the right data and the right tools.

A few things I am genuinely curious about:

What platforms are you currently using to map and analyze journeys, and what is actually working versus what still feels like a gap?

How are you handling the bridge between insight and activation, and is that happening within one platform or across several?

And on AI specifically, are you seeing it meaningfully change how journeys are built and optimized, or does it still feel more like a feature label than a real capability?
