# Which is the best area to implement automation anywhere and if you can share your reviews?

Desktop automation of standardized and reusable processes. There are some basic criteria to select/deselect a process for this type of automation. This automation is best applied in Banking and Finance businesses. Even Health care, Telecom, Mining and other industries have suitable processes for this automation. Large and small scale businesses need it equally to save costs and resources. However, it should not be confused with Chatbots or Virtual agents.

Any process that is repeatative in nature and  involves daily process or change is a best candidate
