# Which are the leading webinar services for startups?

I’m researching webinar platforms for startup teams and seeking recommendations from people who have had to move fast with limited time and budget. I’m mainly looking for products that are quick to launch, easy to learn, and useful for both demand gen and customer education. Contrast (Rating: 4.8/5): A strong startup option because G2 flags it as both easy to use and trending, and users keep highlighting fast setup, branding, and HubSpot integration. Livestorm (Rating: 4.4/5): It fits startups that want a browser-based webinar product with registration, engagement, analytics, and strong integrations without asking attendees to download anything. Zoho Webinar (Rating: 4.5/5): A sensible choice for startups that want a cost-effective platform for recurring webinars, training, and live events with a straightforward setup. WebinarGeek (Rating: 4.5/5): It makes sense for startups that want a focused webinar tool with simple onboarding and enough built-in marketing and analytics to stay useful as programs grow. Which one would you trust most for a startup that needs to get webinars live quickly and keep the workflow lean?

Solid breakdown. From what I've seen reviewing software categories at G2, Contrast keeps coming up in conversations about fast-moving teams — the setup time is genuinely short and the HubSpot integration means demand gen teams don't have to babysit data sync.

That said, if your startup runs webinars for customer education as much as pipeline, Livestorm's no-download experience reduces friction on the attendee side significantly — and that matters more than people expect when you're trying to build a repeatable program.

My take: Contrast for early-stage pipeline plays. Livestorm once you're running a mix of demand gen and onboarding/CS webinars. The platform decision should follow your use case ratio, not the other way around.
