# Which are th best rated HR tools for automation?

 I’m researching core HR software for teams that want to reduce manual HR work, and I’d appreciate recommendations from people who have seen real-time savings. I’m mostly looking at platforms that seem strong on workflows, approvals, and repeatable admin tasks.   Rippling (Rating: 4.8/5): One of the clearest options if the goal is to automate HR and employee management inside a single system.  HiBob HRIS (Rating: 4.5/5): Strong for teams that want flexible workflows, less manual effort, and better reporting around core HR activity.  RUN Powered by ADP (Rating: 4.6/5): A good fit for teams that want payroll and tax tasks automated while keeping employee admin organized and simple.  Zoho People (Rating: 4.4/5): Worth a look for teams that want automation across onboarding, leave, attendance, documents, and approval flows in one HR system.   Which tool has done the most to cut manual HR work for your team?

If automation is the priority, Rippling is pretty hard to beat from what I've heard.  It handles a lot of the manual triggers that most HR tools leave to you. Workflow builder is genuinely flexible, not just a few canned templates. Lattice does well on the performance management automation side specifically.
