# Where to find the best CRM and communications solution?

Looking at data on the CRM software category page and the business instant messaging software category page, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce stand out as top choices for managing customer relationships and team communication in one integrated environment. These platforms combine usability with scalability, helping businesses improve collaboration, track customer interactions, and drive growth. See below for my top software list.

HubSpot CRM
 – is a free and easy-to-use CRM solution with built-in email tracking, pipeline management, and team collaboration tools. It’s especially popular with small to midsize companies that want robust functionality without the complexity of enterprise systems.

Zoho CRM
 – offers sales automation, multichannel communication, and AI-driven insights at an affordable price point. Zoho integrates with Zoho Cliq for team messaging, making it a budget-friendly option for businesses looking for both CRM and communications.

Salesforce Sales Cloud
 – is the industry leader in CRM, offering advanced customer management, forecasting, and reporting. Paired with Salesforce Slack
for team communication, it provides a powerful all-in-one ecosystem for enterprises.

monday sales CRM
 – is built on monday.com’s intuitive work OS. It combines CRM features with communication tools like task comments, notifications, and email integration. Its visual dashboards make it easy for teams to stay aligned.

Pipedrive
 – focuses on pipeline visibility and deal tracking with an easy drag-and-drop interface. Pipedrive integrates with tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams to bring communication into the sales process.

Freshsales
 – is part of the Freshworks suite, offering built-in phone, chat, and email along with CRM functionality. This makes it ideal for businesses that want communication and customer management in one system.

Insightly CRM
 – combines CRM, project management, and team collaboration features. It includes email integration, contact management, and workflow automation, supporting both customer-facing and internal communications.

Bitrix24
 – offers CRM, task management, and an internal communication hub with chat, video calls, and document sharing. It’s a cost-effective solution for small businesses looking for an all-in-one platform.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
 – integrates deeply with Microsoft Teams, enabling seamless collaboration around customer accounts. It’s especially strong for organizations already using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Zendesk Sell
 – pairs CRM features with built-in calling, email, and communication tracking. Its simplicity makes it a great fit for businesses wanting CRM and customer conversations in one platform.

What do you think? Based on your experience, are there other CRM and communication platforms I should consider? I’d love to hear what the G2 community recommends for balancing relationship management with team collaboration.
