Vertex provides monthly updates to rates, rules, and jurisdictional information. For an On-Premise deployment, the updates are published onto the online myVertex portal and customers are alerted to the update by email.  As needed, interim updates may also be provided. For an On-Demand deployment, Vertex applies the monthly updates for the client.
