Agree with Indeed and Glassdoor. If remote work is an option, Remote100K (https://remote100k.com) focuses on higher-paying remote roles which can expand your search. :)

The most efficient resources on the net for searching for employment are Indeed and Glassdoor.  Indeed to find an opportunity that fits you and Glassdoor to find out how much the opportunity would offer for a salary.

There are no quickie ways or best ways to get a job. All require setting goals to identify what you want and targeting jobs and job sites that will get you there. After getting your resume and LinkedIn profile done, network, network and network.  Network online by getting at least 500 connections on LinkedIn and join groups through them in your field.  Next find an in person network so you can build personal contacts, get feedback on your resume and practice/develop your interviewing skills.  Zip recruiter is a good job board, but it will send you some jobs that fit your background and lots of them that don’t.
