many of us got locked out in first use, and that's after we verified our email list. I didn't like it at all, I found it hard to use.

I work in a transportation planning unit of a county government in New York State.

For us, Mailchimp is a free, fairly easy to learn and use email marketing platform to send out notices of public meetings and other e-newsletters to 60 subscribers each month.

Mailchimp works well with no glitches.
