A variety of different types of support resources are available:

- structured, short, well produced videos on how to use the tool from basic to more advanced features
- to help with the shift from Face to Face to eLearning design, a more comprehensive suite of resources are available (about 3 hours of content)
- Chatbot linking to FAQ article repository
- Ability for authors to directly contact Elucidat support to further their enquiry/problem/issue
- Various thought leadership articles posted on the website including sound research, downloadable templates and resources


Additionally there are professional services offerings available and
premium services such as the ability to see all company support tickets and receive faster SLA response times.
