For general support issues, such as any how-to questions or a follow-up on your training, you can contact your assigned Customer Success Mentor and arrange a meeting, a phone call or send the question to their personal e-mail address.  

For tech support (anything regarding glitches, bugs, features not working or broken links) you can visit the HETIKUS Knowledge center or raise an issue via our Service Desk, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
