# What type of analytics and reporting does easy.jobs provide to evaluate recruitment performance?

My company is in the middle of a hiring spree and I have been tasked to evaluate the recruitment performance. Could anyone let me know how this might help me to make my life easier?

Hi Emily, fret not. You have come to the right place.

easy.jobs has a feature named Detailed Analytics, available for Startup subscription and above. This recruitment analytics is available in the easy.jobs dashboard. It will let you measure your overall career site performance with your recent job applicants’ performance data. As an employer, you can now easily know how your career site, job posts, or applicants are performing.

Furthermore, number of applied applicants, pending candidates, total visits and unique visitors can be seen on the dashboard as well. Also, its advanced filter allows you to view analytics performance in different time periods. Now you can easily analyze every job post’s reach, the number of applied candidates, visitors, and more.
