# What tool are you using for group work or are you completely leaving that alone until we return to in person?

I have a lot of lectures where I will have students talk amongst themselves to brainstorm and process. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do this with our new virtual tool. Is anyone else facing this problem?

I am using Google Classroom to assign work to individuals and groups. I am creating videos using WeVideo to assist with some assignments. Each day I am hosting a Google Meet to brainstorm, discuss concerns, and answer questions. The staff is using Zoom and Google Meets to continue PLC's.

Google Classroom is definitely the solution. Everything is easily organized in one location and grading is simple too! Despite the distance, you really feel connected to your students. Google meet, Zoom  and Gradelink are also excellent tools.

At this time, I am looking at assembling course curriculum of the purpose of professional leadership development of all education personnel, business professionals, managers, and anyone desires to improve their lives. 

With regards the type of LMS, I am thinking of using Thinkific, or Moodle. I am familiar with the Google Classroom, but I am also look at ensuring all data, dialogue discussions, and course would be utilized for creating a knowledge research database for future curriculum, case studies, and scientific publication, therefore all materials would be considered intellectual property.

I am also using Google Classroom in order to share material (videos, grammar, listenings) and we use Zoom at the same time which we should give/attend it
