- A tool to accurately measure employee engagement by employing real-time language text-analyses on data-sources such as email, instant messenger conversation or reports.
- A tool to visualize, in meaningful way, "the temperature" of employee engagement in companies, in a similar way to a thermometer or Dow Jones Index.
- As such an indicator of trend in employee engagement, which can be drilled down to departmental, business unit or project level within organizations.
