# What strategies have you found effective for troubleshooting network issues across multiple environments?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We have been running into cases where something looks fine at a high level, but users still report slow performance or timeouts. It gets tricky when traffic moves between on prem systems and cloud services, because logs and metrics do not always line up clearly.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Do you rely more on packet capture in these situations, or do you stick with flow data and APM tools? Also curious how you decide where to place sensors so you are not missing anything important.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Would be great to hear what has actually worked in real setups rather than ideal scenarios.</p>
