# What sort of contract do I need to commit to?

This is another great feature for Intuto, as it softens the risk in using them.  Although you wouldn&#39;t load on to their system without plans to remain with them for some time, you&#39;re not locked into that commitment.  Our last provider required a 3 year contract and really limited our options as technology advanced.

There is no fixed term or minimum term contract you need to agree to. Like many SaaS companies we stand by our Terms of Use and our other policies which are available on our website for all to review and the same across all our customers.
