# What's the Social Analytics tool you use to get Engagement figures?

What tool do you use to get an accurate engagement rate? I was looking into a few tools out there and noticed that they calculate engagement rate based on a few assumptions and miscalculations (click here for more info:

I&#39;ve seen and used a few myself. Any best in class social media analytics software will hook into your Google Analytics and be able to provide some definition of conversion and engagement. Awe.sm just released a beautiful new dashboard. There&#39;s also SimplyMeasured which creates excel reports (a number of which are free for first time users). I also recommend looking at some suites like SproutSocial who also report on engagement figures.
