# What's the difference between DNN Platform and Evoq?

DNN Platform is the largest open-source CMS based on Microsoft's .NET platform. Evoq is a commercial CMS built atop DNN Platform. Evoq includes customer support and provides premium features not available in DNN Platform. Some of these premium features include: personalization, in-page analytics, workflow and built-in connectors to SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, Amazon S3 and Marketo.

Hopefully, this link will have a long life (this was posted on 1/5/18) as DNN Software has done a good job of changing its offerings both from an updated software and technology standpoint and in their marketing (license packaging) approach.
